This is the sequel to Temple Run that was first released in 2013 and that since then has become a popular favorite with mobile users. It has an endless running style gameplay to it that keeps you occupied for an unlimited amount of time. There is just something about the running, turns, jumps, and sliding around done in Temple Run 2 that’s addicting. Features and functions
Temple Run 2 introduces users to the brand new graphics that is visually appealing, as well as to beautiful organic environments. There are many new obstacles to maneuver around and additional power-ups that help you get further. If you are the type of player that plays for the achievements, you will be glad to know there are even more this time around too!
Each character will have their own special powers as well. Some of the characters include Scarlett Fox, who uses boost power ups, Guy Dangerous, the default character and uses shield power ups, and then there’s Montana Smith, who is an explorer that wears an Indiana Jones style hat.
There are special characters as well, such as Usain Bolt, the fastest runner ever who uses the “bolt” power-up, long with boost and magnet. Then, there is Santa Clause and Mrs. Clause, who are available to in-game purchase around Christmas time.
Layout and design
The overall design of the game makes it easy to navigate and get used to. The layout and graphics of the various environments are interesting, as each level is going to have your character of choice running from certain obstacles, through or over them, and all with the goal of getting out of where you are.
This is another fun game that is free to download and install, but it does offer in-game purchases as an option.
